Progettato dagli architetti Soma di New York, l’intero progetto ospita un design moderno ed elegante, con i suoi interni disegnati dal giapponese Super Potato. Gli appartamenti offrono viste mozzafiato sulla spiaggia, sul Burj Al Arab e sul magnifico skyline di Dubai. Lo sviluppo prevede diverse tipologie di appartamenti: 3 / 4 camere e le esclusive ONE Penthouse.

Alcuni dei servizi includono un molo privato per yacht fino a 50mt, concierge, autista, pulizie, giardinaggio, palestre in e out door, fitness centre per yoga e pilates, area spa, sauna e benessere, piscina esterna, piscina interna, spiaggia privata e beach club, area gioco bimbi, area barbecue, sala sigari, sala cinema a 12 posti, sicurezza 24 ore su 24, servizio di accoglienza e maggiordomo che ti assicurano un ampio lusso tutto il giorno.
